Arctic Valve Heater for MZ Piston Valves
The Arctic Valve Heater provides heat to your valve in cold environments. No piping or welding changes required to your truck. Connects to your radiator system and circulates hot water through the heater collar that surrounds the valve body.

Installation Instructions:
- • Put hose clamp pliers on heater hose
- • Cut hose and install plastic y's, valve, and barbed connectors on hoses up at the front of the engine (behind heater loop)
- • Connect heater hose lines from this connection to hose connections on valve heater, paying attention to allowing for any movement that tank parts may make (opening doors, end gates opening etc.)
- • Wire tie hoses safely along inside of truck frame to assure that hoses do not rub on sharp areas (install safety covers if in doubt)
- • Open coolant valves, refill your radiator with glycol mix and check for any hose connections that may have leaks
- • Tighten all clamps and your valve heater is ready to operate
