Return Policy

We strive to provide the best customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To maintain efficient operations and offer timely assistance to all our customers, we have established the following return policy.

How To Return An Item
Most items can be returned within 30 days of shipment. Please contact us to request a return # (RMA) to initiate the return process.

We must receive the item within 30 days of the RMA being issued. Items must be in their original and undamaged condition.

Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will apply unless the return is due to an error on our part. For drop ship items shipped directly from a supplier, the supplier's restocking fee will apply.

Late Returns
If we receive a return past the 30-day window, we cannot issue a refund. This may result in the destruction of the items and forfeiture of any refund, exchange, or credit. Alternatively, you may choose for us to send the items back to you at your expense.
