Foot Valve
Foot valves are used on the submersed end of the water suction hose to prevent the pump from losing its prime when shut down. The foot valve stops the water from draining by closing a leather flapper gate. Each valve has a built-in strainer that prevents debris from entering during operation. All sizes feature NPS (National Pipe Straight) threads.
