Footage Counter or Replacement Wheel for Vactor-Style Reels
Revolution™ Counters' SD7 Series footage counters were engineered to be compact and easy-to-use on sewer cleaning, jetting, combo and trailer jetting equipment. With a spur gear-end drive, these counters are accurate, dependable and moderately priced. Revolution counters have a wide range of uses, from low-speed coil winders and wire-measuring equipment to braiding machines and hose footage counters.

- • Speed: Up to 800 CPM in 1:1 ratio
- • 5 standard figure digits

- • Bearings: Oil-less maintenance free
- • Shaft Size: 5/16" diameter
- • Mounting Hole Size: 1/8" dia. x 4 on a 1 15/16" x 1 5/8" pattern

Replacement Wheel Specifications:
- • Works with both Left & Right-hand Footage Counters
- • Footage wheel has 3/8" Bore
- • Urethane rim molded onto aluminum hub
- • Wheel diameter is 3.8197" / 12" circumference
- • Wheel has a 1/4-20" set screw to secure the wheel to mechanical footage or encoder shaft
- • Simply tighten the set screw onto the shaft of the footage counter and watch the digits fly by!
