About Oatey® Clear Primer

Oatey® Clear Primer is an NSF-listed, aggressive primer for use on all schedules and classes of PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings. It effectively removes contaminants such as surface dirt, grease, and grime while softening the pipe surface to facilitate a fast and secure solvent weld. Its clear finish ensures it won't stain most surfaces, and it's easy to apply with the included in-lid dauber. Oatey products have been the choice of plumbing professionals for over a century.
